Everyone was professional and welcoming from the first phone call all the way through the visit and even beyond when my cat needed additional care. I look forward to seeing the office when everything is all back in order for them!

I was super impressed with this veterinarian health center for numerous reasons. First, they accommodated my schedule and got me a quick appointment for my kitten ; second, the check in was quick, staff was professional and super friendly. They also accommodated my request for another appointment within a week for my second kitten to be seen. Dr. Hagg was very nice and took very good care of my new kitten, was so patient with my anxiety of having new kittens again and answered all of my questions. My only concern (not really a complaint) would be that check out time was a little delayed for some reason, so we had to wait almost 15 minutes for the paperwork to be brought to the front. Overall, this practice feels safe and very comfortable, and I am more than confident that my 2 kittens will be receiving the best care!

Everyone was helpful and understanding. It’s nice to see and hear empathy when a patron has a sick pet. From reception, to the vet techs, to the doctors, it is noticeable everyone at Liverpool Animal Health Center shows that they are part of a family and not just a service Thank you!.

This vet was great. I trust them with my cat. they were pretty thorough when examining him and because of that, caught some issues that were painful and needed attention. I would recommend Liverpool Animal health center. They even take Birds,!!!! Now i only have one Vet!!! love it.

Treat my pets well.

They saved my cat, normal day, sitting home ,my cat Pickles just on my leg ,does his normal I own you and dominate you deal, next thing I know he starts to do the im bout to throw up thing, so I take him outside and he does throw up, but then he starts meowing and walking like he can't stand up no more, breathing crazy heart racing, I bring him inside and try to calm him, I did but he wouldn't stop breathing fast and so I literally ran with him in my arms to this Liverpool animal health center because they are right around the corner, they could have turned us away because its not an emergency clinic but they took us in and saved my boys life, I thank them for saving him , my whole family does
