I have had good service with most of the vets here but Dr Ruback is who we request from now on. She was there when we had to put our boy down and she is now helping us take care of our girl who has Cushing’s. She is kind, compassionate and understands our needs and walks us through several options before deciding on just one. The front desk staff are great, never give us a hard time about wanting to stay in the car with her until her room is ready (she is dog reactive due to being attacked several times). I will never take my fur baby elsewhere. I would give 5 stars but the cost of something’s are a little high compared to other clinics in the area.
Love Liverpool Animal Health Center..have been taking my cat Ms Prada there for over a year. Dr. Wormuth is exceptional and the vet techs and staff are awesome. Highly recommend
My pup Kylie and I have been seeing Dr. Ruback for almost a decade. When we can’t get in with Dr. Ruback, Dr. Hoerner is also spectacular! The level of trust, professionalism, and care provided by all staff is above and beyond. I have never felt rushed or unheard, as both doctors listen to every concern and make us feel like we are the only ones being cared for in that moment. From the techs who all remember Kylie when she walks in to the care given by all doctors, I cannot say thank you enough. I try to be a good owner, but I could not possibly have had the chance at 13 years with my shepherd without the expertise and care over the years from Dr. Ruback and staff. I would always trust this practice with any and all animal care needs. Thank you a million times over!
We brought our little cat, Peach to Liverpool Animal Health Center when we first moved to the area in 2019, after she started showing signs of a UTI, which was common for her as she had diabetes. Not only did they treat this infection, they informed us of a clinical trial they were running to test a medication for diabetic cats. This trial helped regulate Peach's glucose levels and improved her quality of life.A few months ago, we learned Peach had a mass on her liver that was likely malignant. Dr. Jin walked us through every scan, treatment option and decision with kindness and compassion. She answered all of our questions, spending hours on the phone with us at times. She was empathetic, understanding and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Today, we put our sweet little Peach to sleep. Dr. Jin made herself available to us, despite having a busy schedule. She walked us through the whole process and explained each step. She helped to make a difficult time feel peaceful.We are extremely grateful for the quality of care we received from Liverpool Animal Health Center.

our original vet was unable to see one of my dogs same day even when we mentioned why we needed to go right away. They did recommend Liverpool Animal and they were able to get my dog in same day. the staff was awesome and so friendly. I gave them my other dogs records because I am highly likely to go back and have them take care of all my animals needs.
