I went with my friend, who was facing the heartbreaking decision of helping his aging dog to cross the Rainbow Bridge. I phrase it this way because I felt that the vet spoke with empathy and compassion as well as professionalism. She explained every step in advance, and she expressed heartfelt condolence. This visit was an emergency; she and the staff treated us with the greatest respect. We are grateful to you all.

For over 10 years plus, we have gone to Liverpool Animal Health Center. I would only recommend them. All the staff are always very pleasant, helpful and kind. They're very gentle with our pets. I would only go to them for the care for our pets. I highly recommend Liverpool Animal Health Center to anybody who really want quality care for their pets with professionalism and compassion. Liverpool Animal Health Center staff always seem to go above to come out to you after your pet's visit to make sure if you have any questions and they fully explain what the appointment was about and that to me is taking that extra care not just sending you away after your pets visit, that is a huge Plus.

My name is Bonnie; I'm 14 yrs old but I operate like a 5‑year‑old on espresso. I barked at everything that moved, then the humans borrowed some of my blood and peeked in my mouth. They gave me back to my human quickly, so I decided not to hold a grudge. Staff was gentle and didn’t judge my bark‑first personality. Five stars.

This vet was great. I trust them with my cat. they were pretty thorough when examining him and because of that, caught some issues that were painful and needed attention. I would recommend Liverpool Animal health center. They even take Birds,!!!! Now i only have one Vet!!! love it.

The vet was incredibly kind and helpful, took the time to hear all my concerns and took amazing care of my dog! All the staff was wonderful
