I have been taking my Dobermans to Liverpool Animal Health Center for fourteen years. The quality of veterinary care is second to none. They are caring, compassionate and instantly responsive. The staff is always welcoming and professional. Through these past years, they have cared for issues from skin rashes to life- saving measures. I truly can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s a very special place.

Very caring and focused vets who care about your pets

I researched and completed on-line information for vet care and very much appreciated a phone call shortly after sending it. I received a phone call advising me to go to the Bridge St Emergency Vet based on the symptoms i reported (along with being informed that their appointments were booked out for 1 - 2 weeks). They seemed very concerned with my situation and were very kind with advising me of options.

No one is better! Efficient, warm, caring, knowledgeable. Your pet is in excellent hands at this facility.

I went with my friend, who was facing the heartbreaking decision of helping his aging dog to cross the Rainbow Bridge. I phrase it this way because I felt that the vet spoke with empathy and compassion as well as professionalism. She explained every step in advance, and she expressed heartfelt condolence. This visit was an emergency; she and the staff treated us with the greatest respect. We are grateful to you all.

For over 10 years plus, we have gone to Liverpool Animal Health Center. I would only recommend them. All the staff are always very pleasant, helpful and kind. They're very gentle with our pets. I would only go to them for the care for our pets. I highly recommend Liverpool Animal Health Center to anybody who really want quality care for their pets with professionalism and compassion. Liverpool Animal Health Center staff always seem to go above to come out to you after your pet's visit to make sure if you have any questions and they fully explain what the appointment was about and that to me is taking that extra care not just sending you away after your pets visit, that is a huge Plus.
