What if my pet has an emergency?

We provide care at our emergency animal hospital near you to treat your pet whenever a health need arises. If your pet has a medical emergency during office hours, please call our center at (315) 622-2882. Our team is always here to help guide you in these situations. We do our best to treat and accommodate as many patients as possible, especially for urgent care. However, there are certain situations where going directly to a 24-hour emergency care facility is a better option for your pet.
