Dr. Jin was amazing. She was so informative and I felt like we walked away with a lot of options for how to deal with our parrot's issue. She took the time to explain everything to us and gave us time to ask questions, she treated us like human beings worried about there pet and didn't rush or judge us. Even if the practice is a bit far from us , the visit was totally worth it and I feel like we are hopefully on the road to a solution. I would visit again and I would definitely be recommending it !

Dr. Jin amazes with her knowledge and calming personality. Office staff and assistants are also excellent. This was the first time taking in my Yorkie to be examined. She’s usually apprehensive when being seen by a vet. This was not the case with Dr, Jin. I’m certain Roxie (my dog) sensed she was in good hands. Coming from CA to live in NY has had its challenges but, thanks to Liverpool Animal Health Center, my dog had a positive experience.I am grateful Roxie was accepted as a new patient. Thank you Dr Jin and staff.

We really like Dr. Horner and feel that she truly cares about keeping our dog healthy and happy. Love that she sits down on the floor to get close to DaisyMae to make her feel comfortable.

Very caring and focused vets who care about your pets

our original vet was unable to see one of my dogs same day even when we mentioned why we needed to go right away. They did recommend Liverpool Animal and they were able to get my dog in same day. the staff was awesome and so friendly. I gave them my other dogs records because I am highly likely to go back and have them take care of all my animals needs.

The vet was awesome. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and genuinely cared for my dog.
