Have been taking my girl, Dory, here since she was a newborn😄 and have always had a positive experience. She is very anxious but they manage to handle her well. This visit with Dr. Angela Jin was excellent as she is so personable, pleasant and took time to talk and didn't feel rushed.

My Husky Snow is usually uncomfortable around people, however he doesn't have this problem around the Veterinarians there. He also gets his nails done and the technicians have never said he was a problem. Everyone at Liverpool Health Animal Center is very courteous.

Excellent care for our cat. Dr Jin is excellent and extremely helpful and supportive. Highly recommended.

I was absolutely amazed by the staff and the appearance of the office, waiting room and exam rooms. Everyone was so nice and loving to my puppy. All my questions and concerns were quickly answered. They gave me so much great advice and information. I have never received such great service. I couldn't imagine taking my puppy anywhere else.

This vet has gotten me in when no other vets could (including some places that couldn’t even have the decency to call me back). I have now switched here as my primary vet, and have felt nothing but friendliness, professionalism and great care. The staff is always helpful and proactive, willing to get me in when needed, and has impeccable follow through.

Even a year or two later, I still feel the same. Highly recommend this office! I don’t always opt to see the same vet, either (based on the issue/how urgently I need to get in), and the quality of care remains the same. It puts me at ease when dealing with a stressful situation!
