Dr. Wormuth, DVM
Lead Doctor

Dr. Maghan Wormuth joined LAHC in June of 2008. She graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2008. Prior to moving to Baton Rouge, Dr. Wormuth completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Niagara University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan; their two children; and two cats. Dr. Nick Wolfer is a native of Lyons, NY. He earned his Bachelor of Science in 2004 and his DVM in 2008, both from Cornell University. His veterinary interests include dogs and cats, as well as other small mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and birds. Holly Young is a licensed veterinary technician and supervisor of our tech department. She graduated SUNY Delhi in 1987 and Cornell University in 1989. Holly has been part of the LAHC Team since February of 1995. Holly and her husband keep busy with their very active daughter and son. She is also very involved with and holds many volunteer positions in Girl Scouting. Holly also enjoys cake decorating, cooking, volunteering in school events, and cuddling her Vizsla, Madelynn.
